  Terrible, unprofessional customer service. Do not come near this place if you are looking for a beauty salon.
  My eyelash extensions looked terrible, extra long, sparse, puffy lids, irritated eyes. If you don't mind young children playing on phones next to where your treatment is happening and unattentive therapists then give them a go.
  Boss lady is especially rude and not a very sincere apology given, no thorough consultation given prior to treatment, no explanation during treatment, no check in if you are comfortable, just wham, bam, thank you mam! You are told by boss lady "beauty is pain", as you have tears rolling down your face as you are trying to open your eyes to look at the terrible eyelash extensions. Used a groupon voucher to pay for discounted service, you are definitely made to feel that this is what you paid for. Would not highly recommend Aspyn Beauty, Redbank Town Square to anyone ever.
